Your AI dashboard controls customer-facing behavior. Alhena AI's Team Management lets you assign Admin or Member roles with granular permissions across AI Settings, Conversations, Analytics, Integrations, and more.
Your support team solves thousands of tickets monthly. Alhena imports resolved conversations from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce, extracts resolution patterns, and stores them as AI knowledge.
Your best technical documentation lives in GitHub, not your docs site. Alhena AI ingests repos, closed issues, and discussions to build an AI knowledge base that answers the edge-case questions your docs never covered.
