Zendesk Help Center Articles

Alhena AI can ingest articles from your Zendesk Help Center to train your AI on your existing knowledge base content.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to AI Settings > Knowledge Base

  2. Click Ingest from other sources and choose Zendesk

  3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain (e.g., yourcompany) or full domain (e.g., https://yourcompany.zendesk.com)

  4. Select the language for articles to import

  5. Click Save to start the import

Internal Articles

To ingest internal helpdesk articles that are not publicly visible, you must first set up the Zendesk integration. Once connected, toggle Ingest Internal Helpdesk Articles to include agent-facing content in your AI's knowledge base.
