Go to Home > AI Settings.
This is where you can connect your sources. Connect all the required sources for Alhena AI training.
Alhena AI works with almost any data source, but we recommend that you write a high-quality, clean PDF and upload it to Alhena AI.
Once all the sources are connected, scroll down to the bottom and click "Train/Retrain AI Agent."
Incremental training updates your AI agent by only processing the newest data sources you've added. Here's how to do it:
Add New Source: In the "Add sources to your knowledge base" section, enter the URL of your new content and click the "Add Link" button.
Select Source: Once the new URL appears in the "AI agent's knowledge base" table below, check the box to the left of it.
Initiate Incremental Training: Click the "Retrain Selected" button to begin training the AI agent specifically on the selected source(s).
You can search for the URL either in the Parent URL or through the Actions dropdown (View Ingested URLs).
Select the URL link you want to blacklist and then hit 'Delete.' This will remove the URL from the bot's training knowledge.
There's no need to retrain AI after removing URLs. It will automatically apply these settings. Any future training or retraining will not include data from these deleted/blocked URLs.
For our paid customers, the default automatic training frequency is every 7 days. Alternatively, you can choose to have it done monthly. There is no limit on the number of trainings per month.
