# Email AI Settings

Customize the signature and disclaimer Alhena adds to AI-generated email replies in your helpdesk.

When Alhena answers email tickets in a connected helpdesk, you can customize the signature and disclaimer it adds to each AI-generated reply. These settings are available for **Zendesk**, **Freshdesk**, **Gorgias**, **Kustomer**, and **Re:amaze**.

## Opening Email AI Settings

1. In Alhena, go to **Settings > Integrations** and open your helpdesk's settings page.
2. On the **Emails in \[helpdesk]** card (under the AI response options), click **Configure**.

This opens the email settings page for that helpdesk. Settings are saved per integration, so each connected helpdesk has its own signature and disclaimer.

## Configure AI Email Signature

The signature appears at the end of every AI email reply in that helpdesk. The editor is rich text and supports formatting and images, so you can include things like a sign-off, brand name, or logo.

Leave it blank if you don't want a signature.

## Email AI Disclaimer

The disclaimer is added at the end of AI-generated email replies — for example, a note that the response was generated by AI. Leave it blank to omit it.

## Saving

Click **Save changes** to apply. The signature and disclaimer take effect on the next AI email reply.
