# Ship24

Integrate Alhena with Ship24 to provide AI-powered shipment tracking for your customers.

Ship24 provides universal shipment tracking across hundreds of carriers worldwide. When enabled, Alhena can look up tracking information for any shipment and provide customers with real-time delivery status updates.

## What Ship24 Enables

With Ship24, Alhena can help customers with:

* **Tracking status** - Current location and status of their shipment
* **Delivery estimates** - Expected delivery dates based on carrier data
* **Carrier information** - Which carrier is handling their package
* **Transit history** - Full tracking history showing each scan and location

## What Shoppers See

In your website chat, Alhena answers order questions with a live **shipment tracking card** showing:

* **Carrier and tracking number**
* **Status** - such as *In transit*, *Out for delivery*, or *Delivered*
* **Progress tracker** - each delivery step with the date it was reached
* **Estimated delivery** - when the carrier provides one
* **Tracking updates** - the latest scan events, with **See all updates** for the full history
* **Track package** - opens the carrier's tracking page, when available

Orders shipped in several parcels get one card per parcel.

Tracking cards appear only in the website chat widget. On other channels, Alhena shares tracking status as text.

## Setup

1. In Alhena, go to **Settings > Integrations**
2. Find **Ship24** and toggle it on

That's it - no additional configuration required.

## Enabled Agents

When you enable Ship24, tracking capabilities are added to the order management agent:

| Agent                      | Description                                                              |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Order management agent** | Gains the ability to track shipments and provide delivery status updates |

You can configure this agent in **AI Settings > Agents**.

## Disconnecting

To disconnect Ship24:

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations**
2. Find **Ship24** and toggle it off
3. Confirm the disconnection

This will disable shipment tracking capabilities.
