Competitors

Competitors is available on select plans.

The Competitors tab shows who wins AI answers in your space and how you compare. Competitors are auto-discovered from your tracked prompts; you can also add your own.

The leaderboard

A single ranked table with your brand pinned to the top (highlighted, badged You). Use Add competitor to track a brand by name and domain, and the star on any row to track or untrack an auto-discovered brand. (Competitors uses a fixed 30-day window.)

Meaning

Visibility

How often the brand appears in AI answers across your tracked prompts.

Average position

Its average position among brands mentioned. Lower is better.

Citations

Its share of citations vs. all brands cited.

Appears in

How many of your tracked prompts it appeared in.

Click a brand to open its detail page.

Competitor detail

The competitor detail page compares one brand against you head-to-head:

  • Scorecards — Visibility Score, Visibility rank, Average position, and Citation share, each shown vs. your brand.

  • Visibility trend — daily visibility for the competitor vs. you over 30 days.

  • Engine split — how the comparison breaks down per AI engine.

  • Threat prompts — prompts where the competitor lands in the top 3 and you rank below or are absent (your biggest gaps).

  • Citation advantage — pages cited in answers that mention them but not you (outreach candidates).

  • Fan-out advantage — fan-out searches where they rank in Google's top 3 and you don't.
